About the Company
The Warehouse & Inventory Manager is responsible for end-to-end control of all raw materials, APIs, components, and finished goods inventory supporting sterile compounding operations. This role ensures inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance (cGMP, USP), and uninterrupted production through effective forecasting, purchasing, and warehouse execution.

Responsibilities
Inventory Management & Control
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy
- Oversee cycle counts and physical inventories
- Ensure lot/expiry tracking (FEFO)
- Monitor inventory trends and risk
Warehouse Operations
- Manage receiving, quarantine, release, storage, and distribution
- Ensure proper segregation of materials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization per GDP
Procurement & Purchasing
- Source APIs, excipients, and components
- Manage vendors, pricing, and lead times
- Generate and manage purchase orders
Production Support
- Ensure timely material staging
- Prevent stockouts and delays
Compliance & Quality
- Ensure adherence to cGMP, GDP, USP
- Maintain documentation integrity
- Support audits and inspections
Systems & Reporting
- Use inventory systems for tracking
- Generate inventory and forecast reports
Leadership & Team Management
- Supervise warehouse staff
- Train team on GMP/GDP practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years in inventory or warehouse management
- Experience in regulated industries preferred
- Strong knowledge of inventory systems and forecasting
Required Skills
- Inventory accuracy ≥ 99%
- Zero production downtime due to inventory issues
- Reduction in expired/BUD waste
- Audit readiness
- Experience in regulated industries
