The Warehouse General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and strategic direction of a contract packaging and warehouse operation located in Cochran, GA. This role oversees end‑to‑end site operations—including production (co‑pack), shipping and receiving, inventory management, and customer program execution.
This leader drives operational excellence, financial performance, and customer satisfaction by aligning people, processes, and technology. The Warehouse General Manager owns site‑level P&L, ensures compliance with safety and quality standards, and partners cross‑functionally to deliver consistent, high‑quality service while supporting business growth.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Strong leadership and decision‑making skills with experience managing complex warehouse or manufacturing operations.
- Proven ability to drive operational performance, meet KPIs, and deliver business results.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and profitability management.
- Working knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and inventory control processes.
- Deep understanding of safety, quality, and regulatory standards in food‑grade or CPG environments.
- Experience with AIB standards, audits, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP, HACCP, SQF, and customer‑specific requirements.
- Promote a strong safety culture through training, audits, and proactive risk management.
- Partner with quality teams to ensure adherence to regulatory and customer standards.
- Lead Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Use data and performance metrics to identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
- Standardize processes and implement best practices across operations.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Quality, Supply Chain, and other departments to align operations with business objectives.
- Work closely with customers, suppliers, and third‑party partners to ensure seamless program execution.
- Ability to lead through change and influence cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
