We are currently seeking two Warehouse Associates to join our team at our distribution center in Paola, KS.

In this role, you will perform repetitive packaging tasks, preparing products for shipment to our customers. A high level of attention to detail is essential to ensure all items are accurately matched to packing slips and meet our quality standards.

Requirements

• Matching product with packing slips.
• Packing product in boxes securely.
• Work efficiently with the team.
• Ensure that customer specific requirements are met.
• Support a proactive safety environment with emphasis on “Lean” techniques.
• Ensure compliance with all GMP’s, GDP’s, Barlean’s SOP’s, and SQF regulations
• Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Detail orientated.
• Team player.
• Physical Requirements-ability to bend, twist, reach and lift materials up to 70 pounds.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School diploma preferred. Prior experience in shipping/receiving and order picking/packing preferred.

Working conditions are normal for a warehouse environment.
