Clerical Expectations
- Responsible for accurate data entry
- Maintain strong attention to detail
- Stay focused on creating inbound and outbound loads
- Process hazmat loads in compliance with regulations
- Assist drivers at the service window in a professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
- Monitor, read, and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Walk to the guard shack to retrieve inbound loads as needed
- Shift start time: 14:45
- Cell phone use is prohibited during working hours
- Shift schedule: 14:45 – 23:00
- Prior shipping clerk experience is preferred 6 months- 1year
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
