Job Title: Warehouse Cleaning & Maintenance Associate

Location: Allentown, PA

Pay Rate: $20/hour on w2

Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Duration: 05/04/2026 to 05/03/2027

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Janitorial Associate to maintain cleanliness and organization within our warehouse facility. The role involves handling waste management tasks and supporting overall warehouse upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

• Empty warehouse trash regularly
• Break down cardboard and dispose of properly
• Keep warehouse floor clear of debris and hazards
• Operate compactors and balers (training will be provided)
• Load and manage dumpsters

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Willingness to work in a warehouse environment
• Basic understanding of safety practices
• Ability to handle tasks involving waste and cleaning materials

Work Environment:

• Exposure to cleaning chemicals; PPE will be provided
• Physically active role requiring standing, walking, and lifting

• No forklift operation required
• No exposure to blood or biohazards
• No special medical exams required
