Location: Piscataway, NJ

Pay: $18–$21/hr (Overnight shift pays $21/hr + 4-hour incentive)

Shift: Monday, Wednesday, Friday nights | 8:30 PM – 9:00 AM (36 hours/week)

Training: First 3 weeks on 1st shift

Language Requirement: Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Must Have: Stand-up forklift experience

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Associate to support fast-paced warehouse operations and keep materials moving efficiently from receiving to production. You’ll play a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy, supporting production teams, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

What you’ll do

• Use a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory in real time
• Receive, store, and organize materials throughout the warehouse
• Support packaging and production teams with timely material delivery
• Operate stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
• Perform weekly cycle counts using RF scan devices
• Identify, document, and report inventory discrepancies
• Maintain safety and organization standards at all times

What you bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience operating stand-up reach forklifts, sit-down forklifts, and electric pallet jacks
• Familiarity with WMS and RF scanners
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment
• Willingness to work overnight shifts and extended schedules as needed
• Physical ability to perform medium-duty warehouse work

Physical Requirements

This role involves medium physical work, including:

• Lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Frequent lifting up to 25 lbs
• Standing, walking, bending, and operating equipment for extended periods
