Role Summary
We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and cargo screening operations at our CCC facility.
This is an entry-level, hands-on role focused on executing core warehouse tasks including freight handling, documentation verification, and maintaining compliance with TSA and safety requirements.
The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
Core Responsibilities
· Support daily warehouse operations including receiving, staging, and processing freight
· Verify shipment documentation and ensure accuracy of freight movement
· Label, organize, and store freight in designated locations
· Maintain TSA compliance, ensuring freight is always secured and monitored
· Identify and report damaged or missing freight
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and dock areas
· Assist drivers with correct freight handling and documentation
· Follow all TSA, OSHA, and company safety procedures
· Perform general warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred
· 0–2 years of warehouse, logistics, or physical labor experience
· Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and in a team
· Basic math and documentation skills
· Forklift experience a plus (training provided)
· Exposure to TSA/CCSF environments is a plus but not required
Schedule
Wednesday & Friday: 12:00 PM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Fully Onsite in Elk Grove Village, IL
