About the Role
We are looking for reliable Warehouse Associates to support daily distribution center operations in Fort Worth, TX.
This role involves handling incoming and outgoing merchandise, supporting order fulfillment, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring warehouse safety and productivity standards are met.
Your Responsibilities
- Move incoming and outgoing merchandise throughout the distribution center
- Load and unload merchandise using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklift equipment where trained and certified
- Check, verify, and audit merchandise for accuracy, damage, or defects
- Label, separate, palletize, and organize products for storage or shipment
- Replenish pick areas based on warehouse needs and reports
- Pick and move merchandise to support store orders
- Load outgoing merchandise into trailers safely and accurately
- Report damages, discrepancies, or vendor issues to supervisors
- Maintain safety, productivity, and quality standards
- Support other warehouse areas as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, or logistics experience preferred
- Experience with warehouse management systems is an advantage
- Ability to use RF scanners or learn warehouse technology systems
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a team environment
- Forklift or motorized equipment experience is an advantage
- Ability to maintain required equipment certifications where applicable
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift merchandise up to 65 lbs regularly
- Occasional team lifting of heavier items up to 85 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, squat, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to work in warehouse conditions, including heat, cold, dust, and noise
- May require working up to 12-hour shifts depending on operational needs
