Compensation: Base Salary: $48K; On-Target Earnings: $90,000 – $120,000+ annually

- You have automotive sales experience (3-5+ years desired; leadership experience preferred) and a history of long-term employment
- Proven ability to drive results and influence others
- High energy, execution of tasks and organizational skills
What You’ll Do
As a Sales Manager, you will be a leader on the floor, coaching performance, driving results, and elevating the customer experience:
- Lead daily sales operations and support your team in closing deals (TOs / “fly-bys”)
- Coach and develop Customer Specialists to hit sales, gross, and F&I performance goals
- Drive a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction and results
- Partner with Finance to improve product penetration and profitability
- Oversee lead management, follow-up processes, and appointment conversion
- Monitor KPIs including CSI, PVR, close rates, and showroom performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and customer experience standards, find solutions for problems and implement
Additional Requirement:
- Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
