As part of their next phase of growth, they are making a major investment into Walmart Marketplace and are seeking an experienced specialist to help scale and optimize this critical business channel.


Position Overview

The company is seeking a highly skilled Walmart Marketplace Specialist to manage and grow their Walmart eCommerce operations. This individual will play a key role in driving marketplace expansion, improving product visibility, optimizing performance, and increasing revenue across Walmart’s ecosystem.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing Walmart Marketplace accounts and understands how to scale brands through listing optimization, advertising strategy, inventory management, and marketplace analytics.


Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day Walmart Marketplace operations
  • Optimize product listings, titles, keywords, images, and catalog content
  • Monitor account health, pricing, inventory levels, and operational performance
  • Develop and execute Walmart advertising and promotional campaigns
  • Analyze sales trends, reporting, and marketplace performance metrics
  • Identify opportunities to improve ranking, conversion, and profitability
  • Troubleshoot listing suppression issues, catalog errors, and operational challenges
  • Collaborate with internal teams on product launches, inventory planning, and growth initiatives
  • Stay current on Walmart Marketplace trends, platform updates, and best practices
  • Support long-term marketplace growth and expansion strategies


Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing Walmart Marketplace accounts
  • Strong understanding of Walmart Seller Center and Walmart advertising tools
  • Experience with listing optimization and improving organic search rankings
  • Analytical mindset with strong reporting and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience within apparel, fashion, activewear, or consumer products preferred
