Job Details

• Define and lead the product strategy for an AI Enablement portfolio, including learning architecture, capability frameworks, and delivery models
• Own the full product lifecycle—from vision and roadmap to pilot, iteration, and scaled deployment with enterprise clients
• Build assessment and measurement systems that tie learning outcomes to real workforce capability and business impact
• Lead cross-functional teams (product, content, engineering, design) across global, distributed environments
• Drive commercial performance including pricing, packaging, revenue growth, and enterprise adoption
