VP Healthcare Portfolio Manager

Overview:

A well-established Mid-South regional bank is looking to expand its newly developed Healthcare platform and is seeking to add a Healthcare Portfolio Manager to their team. This is a unique opportunity to join a newly established vertical backed by a well-capitalized, mid-sized bank with a strong reputation across the Mid-South. The role offers the chance to be part of a small, high-performing team while supporting the continued growth of a specialized lending platform.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and underwrite a healthcare-focused commercial loan portfolio, structuring credit facilities ranging from $5MM–$15MM.
• Perform detailed financial analysis, cash flow modeling, and regulatory risk assessment for healthcare borrowers.
• Prepare and present credit memorandums while monitoring portfolio performance and covenant compliance.
• Partner closely with Relationship Managers and internal credit teams to deliver comprehensive banking solutions.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial banking or credit experience, with demonstrated exposure to healthcare lending.
• Experience underwriting loans to healthcare facilities.
• Strong financial modeling and credit analysis capabilities.
