Job DescriptionThe Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) serves as a key strategic partner to the President & General Manager and executive leadership team. This property includes a casino, luxury hotel towers, extensive convention and meeting space, food & beverage outlets, entertainment programming, and pool/spa/retail operations.
This role leads enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, performance analytics, and capital strategy with a strong emphasis on convention/group revenue optimization, gaming performance, and total resort profitability. The VP of FP&A will play a critical role in managing demand cycles, large-scale group booking pace, and market volatility unique to Las Vegas.
