VP, Debt Capital Market

JCW has partnered with a leading global investment bank seeking a Vice President, US Primary Capital Markets to join their Debt Capital Markets team in Stamford, CT. This person will support senior DCM origination bankers while covering US-based corporate clients across DCM, Interest Rate Derivatives, and Structured Solutions, working closely with partners across Liability Management, Corporate Advisory, Syndicate, Hybrid Capital, and Rates and FX Sales and Trading.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned capital markets professional with deep DCM origination experience and a strong track record of transaction execution and client coverage. You're comfortable operating across the full deal lifecycle, building and institutionalizing client relationships, and collaborating across a broad franchise. You bring both the technical expertise and the commercial instinct to drive revenue, prospect new business, and contribute to the growth of a focused and expanding platforms.

Key Qualification

• 5+ years of experience in DCM origination within an investment banking environment
• Strong track record of transaction execution and client coverage across investment-grade corporates
• Experience working across product partners including Liability Management, Syndicate, Hybrid Capital, Rates, and FX
• Series 79 and Series 63 licenses required
• Ability to mentor and develop junior talent within the Primary Capital Markets team
• Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver joined-up outcomes across a complex organization
