As anAssistant Branch Manager (ABM)within Schwab’sInternational Branch Network,you’llhelp drive branch growth while developing as a leader. Partnering closely with the Branch Manager,you’llexecute a local business planfocused on increasingmarket shareandclient assets, andyou’lllead and coach professionals who support clients in pursuing their financial goals.

What you have

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degreeor equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Active FINRA licenses:Series 7, Series 66 (or 63/65), and Series 9/10 (or24) (May be obtained under a condition of employment within the first 120 days)
  • Demonstrated ability tolead, coach, and developa team to achieve performance goals (e.g., coaching, feedback, recognition)
  • Proven skill inbusiness developmentand driving outcomes (pipeline building, client acquisition, deepening relationships, or asset growth)
  • Strong capability tobuild and deepen client relationshipsand partner across teams to deliver results
  • Flexibility torelocateacross the networkwhen a Branch Manager opportunity becomes available

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional designations such as CFP, CFA, CIMA, AAMS, AWMA, or CWS
  • Strong brokerage/industry knowledge and the ability to apply it in coaching and client outcomes
  • Experience strengtheningengagement and retentionthrough performance management and talent development practices
  • Mandarin fluency
