Commercial Banking provides financial solutions to businesses with annual sales generally in excess of $5 million. Our business lines are Wells Fargo Commercial Capital, Middle Market Banking, and Treasury Management & Payment Solutions.

As part of the Voice of the Voice of the Customer Office, the Voice of the Customer (VoC) Surveys and Insights team works across Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking lines of business to develop customer feedback programs. The VoC team provides early identification of customer concerns within customer feedback which drives changes to policy, procedures, and product/service delivery. In addition to working with the lines of business, the team is also responsible for creating a CX dashboard from a singular customer perspective and represents lines of business in Enterprise-wide customer feedback initiatives.

The Survey Program Coordinator will support survey efforts across the Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking lines of business. This individual will serve as the coordinator for ongoing initiatives by engaging in the continuous review of VoC content and materials to ensure policy and regulatory requirements are met, and ensure timelines are delivered as agreed upon.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate across the VoC team to develop project timelines and/or maintain project plans established by the project manager
  • Ensure dates are met and escalate to leadership if obstacles arise
  • Gather approvals from line of business partners
  • Route materials through appropriate approval platforms (as needed)
  • Secure approvals from governing bodies (as needed)
  • Ensure approvals are housed in official system of record

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning




Other Desired Qualifications
  • Financial services industry experience, preferably in B2B
  • Project management experience managing project plans
  • Customer experience management, Voice of the Customer, Marketing or related experience, preferably in B2B
  • Knowledge of survey platform vendors like Medallia, Qualtrics, InMoment, MaritzCX
  • Agile experience 
  • Jira experience 
  • Experience working in virtual team environments with ability to lead across a geographically dispersed team
  • Ability to successfully interact with various levels within the organization, including senior management
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to adapt to the changing requirements of the business and manage change with agility 
  • Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and establish strong results oriented partnerships 
  • Ability to prioritize multiple competing projects 
  • Highly organized
  • Experience navigating and working in a matrix environment 




Salary Information

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

AZ-Chandler: Min: $58,600 Mid: $82,500
MN-Minneapolis: Min: $58,600 Mid: $82,500
NC-Charlotte: Min: $58,600 Mid: $82,500
IA-Des Moines: Min: $58,600 Mid: $82,500
