Develop renderings and logistics plans to be included within proposals for upcoming projects.
Utilize CAD software to produce 2D, 3D, and 4D construction coordination models used for construction sequencing, quantity take-off, and logistics planning during preconstruction planning and construction execution.
Advance VDC initiatives by independently creating 2D drawings, 3D models, and animations that support quantity calculations and graphic presentations using Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam, and other BIM tools.
Provide technical guidance to project teams throughout all phases—preconstruction, construction, closeout, and post-construction—ensuring alignment with VDC strategies.
Identify critical issues related to construction, including associated costs and logistical issues performing management and estimation using Procore.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all DC Beane financial processes, controls, and reports, i.e., internal budgets, costs to complete.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture/Engineering or Construction Management and 2 years of experience in any suitable occupation in Construction or Engineering. Building construction or engineering industry experience must include 3/D modeling and utilizing BIM Software in the architecture. Must have worked with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Procore and Bluebeam.
