VIP Catering Attendant- EC One

Must take pride in personal appearance and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times

Strict adherence to the dress code is required; failure to comply will result in removal from the shift and no payment

Attendance at a 4-hour training on Monday, May 11 is highly encouraged

If you attend training but cancel your shift for May 13, you will receive a “do not send back” designation

Meals will likely not be provided; plan accordingly

Drinks are provided but must be finished before exiting the building

Cell phones must be kept away unless communicating with a supervisor; personal use is limited to breaks

In case of emergency, notify a supervisor and step off the floor before using your phone

Come join us for an event at Microsoft! In this role you will:

• Be assigned to assisting engagement rooms where you will serve guests
• Help refill food as needed on the buffet
• Bus the room for used plates, silverware, napkins, and glassware as needed
• Help keep area clean
• Some set-up and tear down as required
• Trash disposal
• Other duties as assigned

- This is a very busy environment, but we ask our team, both internal and external, to maintain a level of calm, professional, and warmth when we communicate with one another.

- Unless you are messaging a supervisor or manager, please keep cellphones in your pocket or stowed away in a locker. Personal phone calls or usage should be saved for breaks. If there is an emergency, please connect with the supervisor and step off the floor to make your call.
