We’re looking for a creative Video Production Specialist who thrives behind the camera and in the editing suite—someone who can transform real-world utility scenarios into engaging, high-impact training content.

🎥 What You’ll Do
Video Production (Primary Focus):
- Plan and execute professional video shoots (camera, lighting, audio)
- Direct on-screen participants to capture realistic, scenario-based training content
- Collaborate with teams to bring technical processes to life visually
Video Editing:
- Edit and finalize video content (cutting, syncing audio, adding narration)
- Enhance content with titles, callouts, and light animations
- Produce polished, engaging training videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro
Learning Content Development:
- Support development of eLearning and training materials
- Assist with storyboarding and scripting for video-based learning
- Build content using Articulate 360 Storyline (or similar tools)
- Translate technical concepts into clear, visual learning experiences
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in video production, editing, or multimedia content creation
- Strong portfolio showcasing video work (required)
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar editing tools)
- Experience with Articulate 360 Storyline or eLearning tools is a plus
- Ability to manage projects end-to-end—from concept to final delivery
- Comfortable working with subject matter experts to capture technical content
💡 Note: Strong video production experience will be prioritized over instructional design experience.
