Video Production Manager

TBNR Productions
Dallas, TX

WHO WE ARE

TBNR (The Best Never Rest) was founded by the trailblazing Content Creator, Preston Arsement (known widely as PrestonPlayz) in 2012 with his first YouTube channel and has been growing nonstop ever since. As a result, in 2023 TBNR was approved by YouTube as the first Creator-owned MCN (multi channel network). Fire MCN gets an average of 40 million views per day. In the past 18 months TBNR has evolved from an explicitly YouTube content production house to a global disruptor in social content and human communication.

We at TBNR are a group of skilled CREATORS coming from a variety of backgrounds including content creation, music, theater, coding, architectural design, movie and television set construction, tech and VC startups, professional gaming, video game development, and beyond!

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Video Production Manager keeps our productions moving. From early planning to final delivery, this role ensures every detail is organized, timelines stay on track, and nothing slips through the cracks.

You’ll be the connective tissue across teams—owning calendars, coordinating logistics, managing documentation, and driving follow-through. If you’re someone who thrives on organization, anticipates needs before they come up, and takes pride in clean execution, you’ll do well here.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

Scheduling & Logistics

  • Own scheduling across shoots, meetings, studio time, and talent call times
  • Coordinate calendars across internal teams, talent, and external partners
  • Manage travel logistics, location confirmations, and day-of production timing

Production Documentation

  • Create and distribute key production docs, including:
  • Run of Show (ROS)
  • Call Sheets
  • Release Forms / Talent Agreements
  • Keep production folders, assets, and records clean, organized, and up to date

Vendor & Contractor Coordination

  • Source and coordinate vendors, freelancers, locations, props, and rentals
  • Review agreements to ensure details (scope, timing, deliverables) are accurate
  • Track vendor payments and confirm services are completed as expected

Meetings & Communication

  • Prep agendas and capture clear, actionable notes
  • Ensure follow-ups are assigned, tracked, and completed
  • Keep stakeholders updated and flag risks or blockers early

Project Coordination & Follow-Through

  • Partner with Directors and Content Leads to move projects through the full production lifecycle (ideation → post)
  • Own timelines, task lists, and accountability across multiple projects
  • Drive consistency in communication, tracking, and execution

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2–5+ years of experience in video production coordination or project management
  • Strong organizational skills—you can manage multiple moving pieces without dropping the ball
  • Proven ability to own timelines, keep projects on track, and follow through to completion
  • Clear, concise communicator—written and verbal
  • Comfortable working across teams and with external partners (talent, vendors, freelancers)
  • Detail-oriented—you catch the small things before they become big problems
  • Proactive and resourceful—you don’t wait to be told what to do next
  • Experience creating and managing production documents (call sheets, run of show, etc.)
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, etc.) and Google Workspace
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
