The Technical Stage Staff (STAT) is responsible for supporting and assisting the Technical Director Entertainment, Stage Production Manager(s), and Head Stage Staff in delivering the highest‑quality entertainment experience to guests. This role involves working backstage across various entertainment venues during rehearsals and live performances, as well as providing support to the Entertainment Technical Team, Group Coordinator, and selected members of the Entertainment Division’s Management Team.

- Support and assist the Technical Director Entertainment, Stage Production Manager(s), and Head Stage Staff.
- Work backstage across various entertainment venues during rehearsals and live performances.
- Provide support to the Entertainment Technical Team, Group Coordinator, and selected members of the Entertainment Division’s Management Team.
Qualifications
- Primary Qualification – Theater Experience Required
- Demonstrated background in technical theater or stage production is essential, including hands‑on experience as a stagehand or technical crew member supporting live performances, rehearsals, and theatrical operations.
- Education & Professional Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (or international equivalent) in Technical Theater, Theater Technology, Production Arts, Sound, Lighting, or A/V from an accredited institution preferred, or comparable professional theater experience providing audio, lighting, or stage production support.
- 1–2 years of practical experience in the assembly and disassembly of stage equipment, scenery, and props.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Internal candidates must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year in their current position with the company.
Required Skills
- Strong working knowledge of theater technical disciplines, including sound, lighting, video, rigging, and backstage operations.
- Familiarity with theater operations etiquette, safety protocols, and live performance procedures.
- Experience setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting back line equipment, cabling, lighting fixtures, including soldering and minor electrical repairs.
- Experience with video setup and troubleshooting, including Windows or Mac systems connected to external devices such as projectors and display screens.
- Ability to perform minor theatrical repair work, including carpentry, painting, and use of hand tools.
