What Drives Success

As aCamera Operator / Video Editor Co-op, you will play a key role in crafting visual content that resonates with both internal and external audiences. The primary focus of this role is producing engaging long and short-form videos and reels thatshowcasethe Lennox story through our products, people, and culture.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Collaborate closely withdepartmentsto develop video concepts aligned with brand identity and departmental goals.
  • Assistwith planning, filming, and editing short-form videos and reels for social media and internal/external platforms.
  • Act as a connector between onset production, footage capture, and post-production preparation.
  • Work on setasthecamera operator, advising on or managingimage capture, ensuring proper exposure, framing, and composition.
  • Log, edit, and enhance raw footage into polished, visually compelling videos that clearly convey messaging.
  • Perform audio recording and postproduction tasks, ensuring clear dialogue, proper syncing, and removal of extraneous noise.
  • Ensure all video content isaccurate, on-brand, and aligned with campaignobjectives.

What Do You Need to Succeed?

  • Experience with video editing,demonstratedthrough a portfolio of shortand longform video projects.
  • Experience operating cinema-style and mirrorless cameras with a basic understanding of cinematic composition and techniques.
  • Proficiencyin video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition, with an understanding of production workflows.
  • Familiarity with social media video trends and platformspecific storytelling.
  • A creative mindset with the ability tothink outside the boxand generate original ideas.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced,deadline-drivenenvironment.

What We Are Looking For

Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Entry Level.Developing professional knowledge in the area of expertise. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

What We Offer

Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $19.00 – $22.00/hour. This rate is based on the intern's current year in their respective university programs. Graduate students may receive a higher rate of pay based on their year in school. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
