The Video Content Producer will be responsible for producing and editing video content across multiple formats, including short-form (Reels, Shorts), mid-form social videos, long-form programming, and live broadcasts. This includes transforming written news content into video, editing interviews and shows, and preparing live content for distribution and replay.This role requires a strong understanding of social media platforms and video performance, including how content is structured, distributed, and consumed across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X. The ideal candidate is highly aware of current events, understands emerging trends, and can produce content with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced news environment.Responsibilities include editing for clarity, pacing, and viewer retention; adding captions and motion graphics; formatting content for platform-specific performance; and repurposing content efficiently across multiple channels. The role also includes supporting live production workflows by preparing visual assets and assisting in post-live content distribution.The Video Content Producer will work closely with editorial and social teams to identify high-impact stories and ensure consistent, high-quality output aligned with brand standards.
