Vice President Surgical Services ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the units/department in addition to forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring. The VP fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives

• 11 Main OR + 2 CVOR, 3 endo suites
• Level II Trauma
• Robotics – 3 DaVinci + 2 Mako
• General, GYN, Neuro, Spine, CV, bariatric, ortho, spine, surgical oncology, urology, ENT.
• 600-700 cases/month

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Required
• Master's Degree Required
• MUST have min of 5+ progressive years of Surgical Services oversight within the ACUTE CARE SETTING- Required
• CVOR experience a plus
