Inviting applications for the role of Vice President , S2P

In this role you will thrive within fast-paced and transforming environments – both within Genpact and the clients we work with. You will manage a passionate team of professionals who delivery projects including:

• Enterprise level strategy review and development (inc. CPO, CXO engagement)
• Digital Target Operating Model design, business case and roadmap
• Blueprinting to create transformation roadmaps for business process outsourcing programs
• Strategic Sourcing and Category Transformation
• Platform Transformation and Optimization (such as Ariba, Coupa)
• Process Transformation (incl. RPA, Digital Asset and AI deployment)
• P2P and Procurement Operations transformation/improvement

Responsibilities

• Manage a global team of consultants to delivery results that delight our clients
• Lead the sales efforts for our consulting programs to drive significant top line growth
• Build new offerings and intellectual property to continue to evolve our relevance for clients and respond to changes in the market
• Estimate and approve pricing and staffing for complex consulting engagements
• Manage utilization through effective staffing, training, and proactively managing the sales pipeline
• Mentor team members in sales and delivery excellence
• Build executive relationships to become a trusted advisor and drive expansion into key accounts
• As part of the practice leadership team, help set strategic direction, drive employee engagement, and contribute to building offerings and intellectual property
• Build market and brand awareness by participating in industry analyst discussions, publishing insights, and driving relevant marketing activities

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

• MBA or Consulting background
• Experience operating in a consulting environment performing both sales and delivery
• Experience managing multiple teams of high performing consultants in both sales and delivery
• Detailed and practical knowledge of end-to-end procurement and supply chain activities
• Analytical skills to identify business and commercial risks to partners and propose solutions which are supported by data and analysis
• Experience structuring, staffing, and pricing consulting deals to drive value for clients
• Demonstrated ability to drive results for both clients and your employer
• Ability to travel to the client locations, 40-80%.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with business process outsourcing programs as a provider, consumer, or advisor
• Comfort driving digital transformation through either off the shelf technologies or bespoke interventions
