We are looking for a smart, hands-on, motivated VP of Operations to help scale a growing medical device business at an exciting stage.
This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in high-growth environments, enjoys improving systems and partnerships, and can balance strategy with hands-on execution.
What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end operations across supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, logistics, and facilities
- Strengthen vendor and contract manufacturing relationships to support continuity, quality, and cost objectives
- Improve planning, workflows, and operational processes to support growth and efficiency
- Partner with Product Development on new product launches and transfer into production
- Build metrics, reporting, and team capabilities to support scale
- Collaborate across Regulatory, Quality, Sales, Finance, and Customer Service
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, operations management, supply chain, or another relevant field
- 15+ years in medical device operations, supply chain, and manufacturing leadership
- Experience in both larger and smaller organizations
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Familiarity with FDA QSR, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, GMP, and medical device manufacturing controls - QT9 experience is a plus
- Experience with domestic and international suppliers and contract manufacturers
- Ability to lead strategically while staying close to execution
