The Senior Director of Payer Solutions will be responsible for managing Labcorp's regional health plan relationships for our Southeast Region as part of our Payer Solutions team and report to Vice President of Payer Solutions. The Senior Director of Payer Solutions will lead health plan strategy for the Southeast Region including health plan access, network operations, and support decision makers with analysis related to market opportunities, reimbursement, unit price management, and risk mitigation. This role will include planning, directing, organizing, controlling, and evaluating the implementation of strategic plans that will drive increased market share/revenue growth.

Pay Range: $150,000 - $200,000 + annual bonus and equity eligible
All job offers will bebased on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicabledegrees/certifications,as well as internal equity and market data.
The position is also eligible for an annual bonus under the Labcorp Bonus Plan.Bonuses are payable based on corporate and/or business segment performance and are subject to individual performance modifiers. Compensation may also include discretionary short- and long-term incentive packages.
