Title: Vice President, Operations

Location: New York 10018 (onsite Mon-Fri)

Compensation: $120,000-$150,000

 

About the Job

As the Vice President of Operations, you will be a vital member of our senior leadership team, overseeing the Debt Resolution Division. In this key role, you will collaborate with executive leadership to lead a team of customer service agents and negotiators handling day-to-day service needs of our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to develop strong performers into exceptional ones by establishing the operational discipline that sets industry benchmarks. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance team development with high-level operational delivery while partnering closely with Client Success, Escalations, and Negotiation teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Leadership: Oversee, coach, and develop all teams under the Lakeview Law Group.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with leaders and subsidiaries to drive holistic results through effective communication and influence.
  • Issue Resolution: Manage escalated issues and design new workflows/strategies to mitigate recurring challenges.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze department structures and implement enhancements through organizational changes, updated scripting, and refined job duties.
  • Financial Oversight: Create budget proposals and structural changes backed by rigorous cost benefit analyses and projections.
  • Strategy & Culture: Lead team meetings to communicate vision, set goals and foster department engagement
  • Data & Reporting: Develop and enhance reporting dashboards to track performance, growth and shortfalls.
  • Resource Management: Manage staffing levels and budgets to ensure all departmental goals are met.
  • Direct Engagement: Interface with clients during high-level escalations or as an individual contributor to support retention efforts.
  • Decision Making: Maintain a deep understanding of the business to guide managers and make critical, results-driven decisions.

 

Performance is measured against the position goals and defined outcomes as outlined by the position

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of Debt Settlement industry experience.
  • 8+ years of Management Experience at the Senior Manager, Director or VP Level.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • A strong sense of professional and personal accountability.
  • The ability to adapt quickly to changes in process, technology, and leadership strategy.
  • Proven track record of coaching and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
