The Vice President of Operations, North America and Energy+ is responsible for manufacturing operations in North America for all Pall business units (excluding Aerospace) and global manufacturing operations for Pall’s Energy+ business unit. The Vice President of Operations defines the overall operations strategy, structure, and processes to ensure customer requirements are met for assigned business units. The successful incumbent will work with the sites to drive effective and sustainable processes around Safety, Manufacturing Operations, Quality, DBS, Supply Chain, Design Transfer, Manufacturing Engineering, and Associate Engagement.
This position reports to the Vice President, Global Operations and is part of the Global Operations Leadership Team whose members span all operations functions globally. This role has an onsite work arrangement.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Drive Global Operations Strategy and Transformation by setting and executing the Energy+ manufacturing strategy aligning site networks, capacity and footprint for growth, resilience and cost competitiveness.
Collaborate with other VP’s of Operations globally, harmonizing processes and governance across sites to ensure consistent performance and scalability, while optimizing working capital and improving delivery reliability via constraint management, SIOP, and network synchronization.
Support Global Operations Engineering in advancing digital manufacturing / Industry 4.0 initiatives (automation, advanced analytics, connected equipment, traceability) to improve productivity, quality, and decision speed.
Foster a psychologically safe environment with high trust, transparency and accountability and build a strong leadership bench: hiring, coaching, and developing site and functional leaders to ensure succession for critical roles.
Drive cost productivity through Lean conversion, value stream optimization, and cost optimization initiatives and optimize working capital while protecting service and risk posture. Further champion and model EHS&S behaviors, promoting system maturity and employing leading indicators to continuously improve safety performance.
Deploy and promote full adoption and use of Danaher Business Systems (DBS) to achieve break-through performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Cost. Actively manage the kaizen funnel to provide visibility of events, focus on gap closure, and sustainment.
Partner with Supply Chain, Operations Engineering and QARA to build a resilient supplier ecosystem, improve OTD/quality, and mitigate geopolitical, logistics, and single-source risk.
The essential requirements of the job include:
15+ years leading multi-site, regional/global operations in a Lean environment for a world class manufacturing organization with measurable outcomes in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory turns.
Demonstrated success in operational transformations, footprint optimization, and scaling new products/technologies.
Proven hands-on Lean /DBS conversion experience. M&A integration experience will be a plus.
Prior experience transforming cultures and developing leadership teams with a focus on knowledge management and succession planning readiness.
Strong grasp of digital manufacturing/automation, advanced analytics, operational performance management, and automated demand planning systems.
Experience leading manufacturing and supporting new product development of integrated technology products (e.g., mechanical, electrical, software-driven devices with imbedded fluidics).
Bachelor’s in engineering, Operations, or Business required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
The ability to travel for 50%+ is required to both domestic and international locations.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Communicating complex topics with clarity and brevity; adapting messaging for technical and non-technical audiences; and influencing decisions at more senior levels.
Adapting leadership and communication styles across regions and cultures to build alignment and momentum globally.
Leading through change with empathy celebrating progress; addressing tension early; and using data and listening to reach drive actions that achieve sustainable solutions.

The annual salary range for this role is $250,000 - $300,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
