Vice President of Operations

What You’ll Own

• Lead all electrical construction operations across the company
• Oversee project management, field teams, and operational performance
• Drive consistency in execution, scheduling, and staffing
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and profitably
• Partner with leadership on growth strategy and operational improvements

• Develop PMs, superintendents, and future leaders
• Strengthen accountability and communication across teams
• Help build the next generation of operational leadership

WHAT WILL CATCH OUR EYE:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering , or related field experience
• 10+years of progressive leadership experience and team development
• 12+ years in electrical construction
• Experience leading multiple projects, teams across multiple locations
• Strong financial acumen (job cost, margins, forecasting)
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to summarize key operational issues into actionable, executive-ready recommendations.
• Background in commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects

WHAT WOULD BE A BONUS:

• Commercial, industrial, institutional, or infrastructure electrical construction background
• Experience with large-scale or complex projects
• Familiarity with BIM, prefabrication, Lean Construction, or advanced operational systems
• Experience developing operational leaders and high-performing teams
