Vice President of Operations

AMF Restaurants
Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area

Dear Prospective Candidate,

Thank you for your interest in the Vice President of Operations role at AMF Restaurants. If you

thrive in a dynamic, hands-on environment and are passionate about building strong teams and

culture, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. To respect your time and ours, we want to

clearly outline what we’re looking for in this key leadership role.

AMF Restaurants operates 54 Little Caesars locations across six states, and our success is

driven by our people. AMF is owned by brothers, Andrew and Mario Feghali, who are

entrepreneurs and investors with very busy schedules and while we enjoy having a granular

understanding of what is happening at AMF, we do not have the bandwidth to support the day to

day business. We’re looking for a leader to give AMF their 100% and make it their world, one

who is energized by spending most of their time in the field—up to 80%—working side by side

with our team members. You understand the demands of a 24/7 business and are excited to

work weekends, including Friday nights, and regularly travel across markets. We expect you to

model and champion servant leadership by fostering a culture rooted in trust, empathy, and

shared purpose, which will result in high levels of employee engagement and a thriving

organizational community. You’re comfortable knocking out administrative tasks while on the

road or sitting in the back of one of our restaurants. Our office is in Austin, Texas, and we expect

you to either live near it, or plan to travel extensively to and from Austin and our satellite office in

San Diego, California.

This role goes beyond operations. You’ll collaborate with and oversee cross-functional leaders,

including our VP of Finance and Director of Administration, and will be responsible for driving

top- and bottom-line performance, elevating customer service, executing local marketing, and

streamlining administrative systems. You’ll also represent AMF Restaurants at Little Caesars

conferences and advisory council meetings, which means you need to be equally comfortable

rolling up your sleeves in a busy restaurant and presenting confidently in a boardroom.

We value leaders who embrace feedback, seek continuous improvement, and maintain open,

transparent communication. We expect a shared calendar and weekly check-ins to ensure

alignment on company goals. You should also be experienced in building scalable and

repeatable playbooks. Familiarity with the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework,

people analyzer tools, goal-setting, budget and forecasting meetings, and other structured

meeting rhythms will be critical to your success.

We’re excited about the future of AMF Restaurants—and if this sounds like the right challenge

for you, we look forward to starting a conversation.

Warm regards,

Andrew and Mario Feghali
