Vice President, Hyperscaler Leasing Counsel

Location: Denver, CO (hybrid)

Salary: $250,000 - 300,000 base + bonus incentives

Position Overview:

We are working with a growing digital infrastructure organization across North America. They are seeking an experienced Vice President with a focus on hyperscaler leasing to join their Legal team.

Responsibilities:

This role will drive complex commercial real estate and infrastructure transactions, with a particular focus on:

• hyperscale data center leases, colocation agreements, build-to-suit deals, power and capacity commitments, and long-term commercial arrangements.

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

5+ years of legal experience, with substantial exposure to:

• Data center leasing, hyperscale transactions, colocation agreements, or cloud infrastructure deals.
