Position: VP, Human Resources
Location: Sandy Springs, GA/Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Overview:
We are seeking a strategic Vice President of Human Resources (VP of HR) to join our growing fintech organization. This leader will possess a wide-ranging generalist background in HR, with a strong focus on Organizational Development (OD), Talent Acquisition and HR Systems. This executive role ensures the alignment of HR strategies with business objectives, fosters a culture of innovation and inclusion, and drives continuous improvement across the HR teams.
In this role you will leverage your analytical skills and storytelling ability to provide strategic insights that drive HR initiatives and decision-making. You will utilize your master Excel skills for advanced data analysis, develop compelling presentations, and collaborate with various stakeholders to communicate findings effectively.

Our compensation structure is designed to reflect the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The base salary for this role ranges from $170,000 per year to $230,000 per year. Compensation will be determined by several factors, including relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus within a comprehensive total rewards package, alongside a full suite of medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k retirement benefits, paid time off, paid holidays, and paid personal/sick time.
