About the role
Ready to lead innovation and help drive an organization forward? The North America division of Lloyds requires a crucial Workday lead for our business. This role cooperates intimately with senior leaders to advance platform performance, preserve strong controls, and support continuous innovation. You’ll also lead People Risk and Operations governance, serving as the regional champion for people‑owned risks, controls, and operational resilience within enterprise risk systems. The opportunity
This role ensures the People function operates with confidence, clarity, and resilience. It does so by owning Workday, leading all aspects of People systems, and managing HR risk in a highly regulated environment. The person in this position will strengthen controls, improve data‑driven decision‑making, and streamline HR processes that directly support business growth and regulatory assurance. Through platform optimization and strong partnerships, this role delivers lasting operational efficiency and trust in People data and processes.
