Vice President Claims

Axiom is growing, and we’re looking for a VP of Claims Management to lead and evolve our claims organization.

This isn’t a “keep things running” role.

We’re looking for someone who can take a solid foundation and elevate how claims actually get done. The ideal candidate will bring more structure, consistency, and performance across our mechanical and home warranty lines.

This role sits at the center of operational impact. Success here directly influences loss ratio, customer experience, and overall business performance.

Key areas of focus:

• Improving loss ratio and decision accuracy
• Driving consistency across the full claims lifecycle
• Reducing cycle time and operational friction
• Implementing practical workflow improvements, tools, and reporting

Just as important, this role requires someone who can lead experienced teams through change the right way, building trust while raising the bar on performance.

This could be a great fit if you:

• Have led claims teams in a warranty, service contract, or similar environment
• Have experience improving performance, standardizing processes, or modernizing operations
• Know how to balance data, process, and people to drive results

This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days onsite.
