Location Options: Reston, Virginia, USA (HQ)
Experience:
10+ years in IT Services / Consulting / Technology / Healthcare Business Development & Account Growth, with proven experience on Federal (must have) & Commercial Sectors (BFSI, Healthcare etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
• Chart out long term growth strategy along with CEO and Executive Leadership team
• Develop go-to-market strategies for Federal (& Commercial) opportunities
• Build strategic relationships with government agencies, primes, partners & SIs
• Own revenue growth, pipeline creation, account mining & strategic pursuits
• Collaborate with delivery, solutioning & leadership teams for successful engagements
• Lead large pursuits, proposals, contract negotiations & customer engagement
• Will be driving growth through Business Development Executives reporting into the role
Preferred Profile:
• Strong understanding of US Federal procurement ecosystem and related processes
• Extensive experience working with Federal SI partners, primes, government agencies
• Entrepreneurial & Start-up mindset with proven ability to scale business independently
• Strong executive communication & stakeholder management skills
• Flexibility for traveling frequently for meeting customers, partners, events
• Well versed with the latest technologies including AI / GenAI etc. Hands-on is preferable
