Make an Impact in Industrial Reliability

We are seeking a highly skilled, technically exceptional Asset Health Analyst (ISO CAT III) to serve as the Site Technical Leader for vibration and condition monitoring. This role requires deep expertise in rotating machinery diagnostics, predictive maintenance, and reliability engineering, especially within Pulp & Paper or similar heavy industrial environments.

You will lead vibration strategy, elevate diagnostic accuracy, mentor junior analysts, and guide site teams with confidence and clarity. This role is ideal for a vibration expert who thrives in dynamic mill environments and is ready to drive reliability outcomes using advanced diagnostic tools, industry-leading software, and multi-technology data.


What You’ll Do

Technical Leadership & Advanced Diagnostics

• Serve as the site’s vibration analysis authority.

• Perform advanced diagnostics including phase analysis, resonance testing, and ODS.

• Ensure data quality and accuracy for vibration diagnostics.

• Utilize SKF @ptitude, Emerson, Pruftechnik, Bently Nevada, and online systems.


Predictive Maintenance & Reliability Engineering

• Build and execute predictive maintenance strategies.

• Integrate vibration, thermography, ultrasound, and oil analysis data.

• Apply RCM, RCA, and FMEA methodologies.


Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication

• Partner closely with maintenance, operations, engineering, and reliability.

• Communicate technical findings clearly and confidently.

• Support outage planning and reliability program improvements.


Field Support & Mechanical Corrections

• Conduct field inspections in Pulp & Paper mills.

• Perform rotor balancing and corrective mechanical actions.

• Participate in weekend duty rotation.


Documentation, Reporting & CMMS Integration

• Produce accurate, data-driven vibration reports.

• Interpret drawings, OEM manuals, and technical documents.

• Maintain SAP PM or Maximo records.


What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• ISO 18436‑2 Category III certification.

• 5+ years vibration diagnostics experience.

• Heavy industrial or Pulp & Paper experience.

• Strong mechanical understanding of rotating equipment.

• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.


Preferred

• Bachelor’s or technical degree in Mechanical Engineering or related.

• Additional PdM certifications.

• Field balancing experience.

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

• Ability to work safely in industrial environments.

• Strong emotional stability and clear communication.
