Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Vetting/Onboarding Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Hub organization’s growth by ensuring the quality and efficiency of our last mile delivery partners. This position involves closely collaborating with acquisition managers, program managers, and account managers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for our partners across North America and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Vet businesses brought into the pipeline by ADEs, verifying business documents and validating documentation.
  • Verify Employer Identification Number (EIN) and articles of organization.
  • Confirm business ownership by verifying business records and personnel.
  • Track background checks using Accurate.
  • Communicate effectively with ADEs, Account Managers, and Business Development Managers.
  • Review and write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Demonstrate end-to-end workflow knowledge and provide leadership to other Vetting Support team members.
  • Utilize existing workflows to develop, test, and refine new vetting processes for program expansions.
  • Create, execute, and track vetting plans for Delivery Partners using internal tools.
  • Identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and collaborate with team members for improvements.
  • Define and execute processes independently and autonomously.
  • Build and implement strategies to meet assigned goals.
  • Create and drive improvements to SOPs to address process gaps.
  • Escalate issues and process pain points for resolution and improvement.
  • Define roadblocks and risks, identifying solutions with team and stakeholder support.
  • Work independently, executing defined SOPs and improving processes.
  • Track and report progress on key metrics specific to functional areas and workflows.
  • Execute process-wide priority projects to enhance operations performance in collaboration with the Program Management team.
  • Provide support for data collection, prepare reports, and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
  • Manage escalations on routine tasks and execute important activities independently.
  • Identify operational problems and suggest tactical solutions.
  • Establish key reporting for functional areas and provide reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to execute business goals.

Essential Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative support capacity, preferably from a large organization.
  • Salesforce experience is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience in MS Excel.
  • Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • background in HR, Finance, or Compliance administration is advantageous.
  • Experience in onboarding, process analysis, and process improvement is beneficial.

Work Environment

This position is fully on-site in Austin, offering a long-term opportunity as part of a fast-growing team. Work hours are structured as four 10-hour shifts, with either Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday from 7:30am to 6pm CST with flexibility to start at 8:00am and 8:30am.

This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
