About the Role
Join CBRE as a Vendor Management Leader, where you will manage transformative outsourcing and insourcing initiatives and play a critical role in the performance and governance of CBRE’s external service providers. You will partner with senior leaders and BPO suppliers to optimize processes, strengthen compliance, streamline costs, and ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery across Finance and Operations.
This role leads the complete vendor lifecycle—from contracting and performance management to operational governance and continuous improvement—while supporting value creation across the enterprise.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Vendor Management Leader position is $115,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Vendor Management Leader position is $124,000.
The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
