Overview

K2 Global is a venture capital firm investing in leading technology companies globally, including companies across AI, frontier technology, and next-generation platforms.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant & Fund Operations Associate to support the General Partner and assist with fund, SPV, and LP operations.

This role combines executive support with venture fund operations. The position works closely with the General Partner and Head of Operations / Finance and plays a key role in ensuring smooth execution across closings, reporting, investor communications, and internal coordination.

This is a high-responsibility role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is comfortable managing both operational workflows and executive support.

Responsibilities

Executive Support

Manage scheduling, meetings, and travel for the General Partner

Coordinate meetings with founders, investors, and partners

Assist with email coordination, follow-ups, and communication management

Support special projects and day-to-day administrative needs

Fund & SPV Operations

Assist with formation and administration of venture funds and co-investment SPVs

Support capital calls, closings, allocations, and distributions

Maintain accurate cap tables and LP records in Carta and internal tracking systems

Track signatures, documentation, and closing processes across investments

Investor & Reporting Support

Assist with preparation of LP updates, capital account statements, and reporting materials

Support investor communication and operational inquiries

Coordinate with fund administrators, legal counsel, and tax providers

Systems & Documentation

Operate and maintain records within Carta and related fund administration systems

Maintain organized digital data rooms and document repositories

Ensure accurate documentation across transactions and fund operations

Qualifications

2–4 years experience in venture capital, fund administration, finance, consulting, or executive support

Experience with Carta or similar fund administration platforms preferred

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities simultaneously

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High integrity, discretion, and reliability
