Vascular Sonographer - Per Diem - Carmel Valley

This is a casual position (per diem) with 8-hour varied day shifts. The position is located at Scripps Clinic in Carmel Valley with the potential to travel to Scripps Anderson Medical Pavilion as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• RVT or RVS
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-2 years’ experience with Vein or Vascular Ultrasound
• Specialized Skills in complex vascular ultrasound techniques/exams

• Lower extremity procedures, varicose, and Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) experience
• Performed mapping
• Completion of formal training/educational program in a school that is accredited by CAAHEP (Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs)
