Validation Engineer

We’re seeking a Validation Engineer to support product and process validation activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role works closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure new and existing products meet performance and reliability expectations. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex problems and is comfortable working across the production floor, test lab, and engineering documentation systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute product testing and validation activities to verify performance and reliability
  • Support new product introduction initiatives by validating processes, tooling, and manufacturing readiness
  • Perform PFMEA activities and identify improvements that strengthen manufacturing processes
  • Develop and support fixture and tooling concepts using SolidWorks
  • Work with engineering and production teams to investigate issues and implement corrective improvements


Qualifications

  • Engineering background preferred but not strictly required with relevant experience
  • Experience supporting manufacturing validation, product testing, or process development
  • Familiarity with PFMEA and APQP methodologies
  • Experience working in ISO-controlled manufacturing environments
  • Working knowledge of fixture design and tooling development
  • Comfortable analyzing inspection results and supporting quality initiatives
  • Ability to work effectively in office, lab, and production floor environments
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
