The Valet Attendant at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines, is the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience. The attendant’s primary responsibility will be to park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure process. This role requires precise communication and coordination with Resort Guest Services and knowledge of daily events. The Valet attendant will also assist with luggage and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner.
  • Assist guests with luggage and provide directions or information as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized valet area.
  • Ensure the security of guest vehicles and belongings.
  • Communicate effectively with the front desk and other hotel staff.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries or concerns promptly.

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Knowledge of the local area and attractions.

  • Must have stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight & run short distances.

  • Must be comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions including hot and humid.

  • Must have an open and flexible schedule that includes morning, afternoon, evening, weekend and holiday shifts.

  • Previous experience in a valet or customer service role is preferred
