VALET ATTENDANT – Harrah's Laughlin

The Valet Attendant is responsible for safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles while delivering exceptional Family Style Service. This role also assists with the handling, storage, and delivery of guest baggage, ensuring every interaction is smooth, friendly, and efficient.
- Greet every guest with a warm, upbeat attitude and provide Family Style Service at all times
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently
- Provide clear driving directions and guide guests to available parking spaces
- Follow established lot‑fill patterns and maintain orderly parking flow
- Secure vehicles, file keys properly, and ensure guest property is protected
- Monitor the parking area to prevent unauthorized access and report concerns to Security
- Assist with guest baggage handling as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Maintain reliable attendance and be available for scheduled work
