UX Content Strategist / Content Designer

Optomi, in partnership with a leading organization, is seeking a UX Content Strategist / Content Designer to join their team.


What the Right Candidate Will Enjoy:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional product teams to shape customer-facing digital experiences.
  • Influencing user journeys through content strategy, UX writing, and user research.
  • Working closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Researchers, and Developers in an Agile environment.
  • Creating intuitive experiences across web and mobile platforms that directly impact customer engagement and usability.


What the Right Candidate Will Have:

  • Experience with UX Content Strategy, UX Writing, and Content Design.
  • Experience conducting or leveraging User Research to inform content decisions.
  • Experience supporting Digital Product Development initiatives.
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience in SaaS, Telecommunications, Technology, E-Commerce, Consumer Digital Experiences, or related industries.
  • Strong ability to create clear, concise, and user-centered content experiences.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience creating support journeys and post-purchase customer experiences.
  • Experience working directly within product teams.
  • Experience building customer-facing web and mobile experiences.
  • Experience writing microcopy, navigation labels, onboarding content, and support content.
  • Experience partnering directly with Product Managers, UX Designers, Researchers, and Developers.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content strategies that support intuitive and effective user experiences.
  • Create UX content including microcopy, navigation labels, onboarding experiences, support content, and transactional messaging.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, Researchers, and Engineers throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Leverage user research and customer insights to inform content decisions and improve usability.
  • Ensure content consistency, clarity, accessibility, and alignment across digital touchpoints.
  • Support the creation and optimization of customer journeys across web and mobile experiences.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative product development efforts.
