UV Press Operator - Komori GL640 - Lake Forest, CA
We are seeking an experienced Komori GL640 UV Press Operator to join our production team. Operators with experience on a Komori 640LS (Lithrone) are strongly encouraged to apply.

✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and maintain a Komori GL640 UV press
- Perform color management, registration, and quality checks
- Monitor ink, water balance, and press performance
- Troubleshoot mechanical and print-quality issues
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections
- Collaborate with prepress, bindery, and production teams
- Follow all safety standards and procedures
✅ Qualifications:
- Experience operating a Komori GL640 UV press or Komori 640LS
- Strong understanding of UV inks and curing systems
- Ability to read job tickets and color standards
- Experience with make-ready efficiency and waste reduction
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ lbs
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
