Pay Rate: $21.25/Hourly (Includes $1.50/Hourly 2nd Shift Differential)
Shift Hours: 3:15p-12:45am/Monday-Thursday and 12:00pm-4:00pm/Friday
What you’ll be doing:
- Removes finished product from the dryer conveyor and inspects the garments carefully to ensure quality of prints meets standards, verifies correct art and keeps accurate counts.
- Works in the reclaim room to wash and prepare screens for screen printing onto garments.
- Assists printer by pulling garments from screen print press and keeps a clean work station.
- Prepares garments for decoration by unpacking the materials and verifying accurate product and counts.
- Manually folds and packages products, maintains accurate counts and complete required paperwork. Applies barcodes to garment tags.
- Affixes hang tags onto garments, maintains accurate counts and completes required paperwork
- Inspects the quality of finished product to ensure meets specifications and quality standards. Will get input from supervisor if not sure.
- Interaction with screen print operators to address garment decoration issues
