MajorDuties

• Duties include, but are not limited to: Conducts the monthly generator test connected to hospital load for the medical center Emergency Generators. Responsible for both Building Automation and Control Systems and any alarms received on them. Identities faulty equipment causes and makes repairs on large systems that provide for a variety of air conditioning functions such as heating, cooling, humidifying, dehumidifying, cleaning, filtering, and circulating. Monitor and understand the engineering systems and emergency medical systems throughout the Medical Center by utilizing the Graphic Control Center's Energy Management System. Inspect, maintain and repair the air conditioning system, centrifugal compressors and their components used to cool the medical center.
