Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Type: Temp-to-Perm | Location: Hybrid (Two Lincoln Center)

Schedule: Mon–Fri (Core: 9 AM – 3 PM)

Start Date: March 17, 2026

Role Summary

Seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong experience in transmission & substation projects within the utility/energy sector. The role involves managing engineering, construction, outage coordination, and commissioning activities.

Key Requirements

• Experience in transmission line and/or substation projects
• Knowledge of Protection & Control (P&C)
• Strong understanding of construction & commissioning
• Experience with outage coordination & system operations
• Ability to read one-line diagrams (SLDs)

Must-Have

• Utility project management experience
• Hands-on exposure to substation/transmission equipment
• Strong coordination with engineering & construction teams

Nice to Have

• STEM degree (or equivalent experience)

Deal Breaker

• No experience in physical construction projects
