Performs any combination of duties required to maintain clean and orderly work areas. Washes walk and floors. May be assigned to sort trash dumpster areas stationed at dock areas of premises. Cleans and stocks assigned work area and monitors the supply of food. Stocks supplies for the shift i.e., silverware, glasses, mugs, ashtrays, sugar, etc. Responsible for making coffee and maintaining the supply of coffee. Stocks the salad bar area and replenishes the supply of food for servers. Stocks the kitchen with a supply of dishes and utensils. Informs management of supplies needed from the storeroom. Takes the soiled dishes and silverware to the dish room. Responsible for dumping all trash bins. Fills all ice bins and bread bins. Wipes clean all side stands and stainless steel. Mops floors on dining and kitchen areas. Counts and picks up all linen at the end of each shift.
